Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und es wurde auch kein neuer Kaffee nach der 2. Nacht nachgelegt.

Eski Marsilya’da yer alıyor. Otelin konumu güvenli diye seçtik. Ama arka sokakları çok kozmopolit ve kirli olduğu için ilk gece biraz tedirgin olduk. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve uğurlayan bayan park bulmamız konusunda bizimle çok ilgilendi. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. İlk sabah otelin altında ki cafe’de Kahve kruvasan ile kahvaltı yaptık. Güzeldi. Ama Marsilya fiyatlarının biraz üstünde ama temiz ve lezzetli.

Hotel Amista was excellent. The service was impeccable with the desk staff friendly and efficient. The bar is perfect for breakfast or drinks throughout the day. Elijah is a barista and bartender extraordinaire. The location is perfect for exploring Marseille. It's close to the Metro and trams to get around. I recommend Hotel Amista.

Wonderful hotel!! Love the style of the hotel. The rooms were splendid. Loved the style of the room. It was very provençale with a boho flair. Service was amazing. There’s a receptionist at front 24/7. Always welcoming and helpful. It was also attached next to a restaurant that had great wines and amazing food.

We found someones hairs in the bed our room. I asked to change our original room, but the information from the hotel staff was a mess. They first gave us another room that was cleaner and available, but then someone called the reception, and we were asked to move again to another room. Finally the room has been replaced, the hotel apologized. The breakfast is great as well as the location of the hotel

Incredibly beautiful room and super comfortable bed. Single pane windows meant noise from the street is occasionally loud. Area closes by 9 pm but one of the best cafés of Marseille is in the square. Walking distance to the old port and shopping precincts.

Un hôtel aussi beau que le personnel est sympa. Choix des matériaux, décoration, tout est bien fait et charmant. Le personnel accueillant, bienveillant.
