Hotel da zero stelle. Zero pulizia. Se piove si allegano hahahah come I pesci e con i 200 euro di cauzione mai ridati si comprano le medicine. Gesù vede e provvede.

Zero pulizia, persone scorbutiche e anche ladri. 200 euro di cauzione rubati è uno schifo e non sono stato l'unico ad essere truffato vergogna.

Emplacement nickel, personnel aimable, studio conforme à l'annonce, climatisation appréciable. Proche des transports en commun bus et métro.

Very clean and pleasant room.

Spectacularly located in walking distance to the old port this hotel is on the older side but everything was functional, comfortable and clean. The real highlight was the staff. The went above and beyond and did an outstanding job. More then recommended

Nous sommes en séjour dans cet hôtel pour encore quelques jours. Malheureusement notre chambre donne sur la rue où les commerces se transforment en boîte de nuit en mettant leurs enceintes en pleine rue, il est donc impossible de dormir. Des chambres sont disponibles dans l'hôtel mais il n'est pas possible de changer d'après le personnel de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est néanmoins aimable et accueillant.

Très bon séjour à l’Appart’Hôtel Residhome Marseille ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était au top, propre, confortable et avec la climatisation. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter ! 😊

I checked into Residhome Marseille on the morning of 4 August and ended up staying until 11 August, which probably says quite a lot about how much I liked it. For the price and location, the studio is remarkably spacious. And the location is heavenly. Opening the curtains to views of the magnificent Cathédrale La Major every day was genuinely grandiose. You’re within easy walking distance of Mucem, Le Panier and the Vieux-Port, surrounded by places to eat and drink, with trams and buses nearby if you want to explore further. And it is QUIET. Day and night. After the noise and intensity of Marseille in August, being able to come back here and actually sleep properly was wonderful. Ottima la posizione e fantastica la colazione, una felle migliori avute in una struttura. Le camere sono ampie e attrezzate, anche se con qualche dettaglio da rivedere (tende rovinate e bagno con aerazione scarsa). Il servizio cortese.

Excellent emplacement, prestations de haut niveau grâce aux chambres bien équipées et de la qualité des aménagements. Le hic reste les tarifs de parking 25€/nuit et le petit dej 18€, que je trouve au-dessus de la moyenne.

Stayed here for 13 nights, and everything was just perfect. The room and toilet are both squeaky clean. The mini kitchen was functional. The location is perfect. If you love to walk like myself, this place is the ideal location to stay and be able to walk around with ease. Will stay again when I'm back in Marseille.

This aparthotel is a solid place to stay. It's well located, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Where it falls short is the finishing touches. The blackout curtains are riddled with small holes that let light through — not one or two, but many. The windows are very dirty, which is a real shame: they're large picture windows, and from the fifth floor there's a lovely view over the rooftops opposite, but you can't really enjoy it through grimy glass. The kitchen utensils are a bit random too — I had two large bread knives but no small knife for chopping vegetables or peeling fruit. I've stayed twice and both times ended up in a room with a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower, which I find awkward to shower in. The layout doesn't help either: the round…

Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s’est montré très accueillant, attentif et serviable. La chambre était très propre, moderne et bien entretenue. Elle disposait de la climatisation, d’une télévision et d’un excellent Wi-Fi. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et de très bonne qualité. La résidence bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas des commerces, des boulangeries, des brasseries, de la cathédrale, du Vieux-Port et de nombreux sites touristiques. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je n’hésiterais pas à réserver de nouveau dans cette résidence et je la recommande sans hésitation.

I’m not sure how this is considered a 4 star hotel. The showerhead was broken. The garbage can doesn’t close. They don’t have ANY essentials like dental kit or even a bottle of water. They do have two sachets of coffee and tea, and regardless of how long you are staying if you finish that sachet you’re not getting more. I kept a tissue on top of the can to see how well they clean- they never threw out that tissue .. The location is nice though, there are some good restaurants right in front of the hotel. It’s right next to the harbor too. Breakfast spread is super small, the only thing they had cooked was scrambled eggs and ratatouille.
